Job description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets or clients

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

• Lead and oversee the growth of profitable new business opportunities

• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies

• Assist the BD Director during client presentation

• Running outbound event (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

• Develop a leads strategy to follow up on sales leads or project leads

REQUIREMENT:

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
