We are currently looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation to expand our B2B customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.

  • Conduct outbound calls daily to pitch services, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM tools with accurate information.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively tailor sales pitches to client needs.

  • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communications to nurture interest.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and follow-through on business leads.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including number of calls, meetings booked, and revenue targets.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound B2B/B2C lead generation (minimum 1–2 years).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport over the phone.

  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and results-driven.

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue opportunities.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
