We are currently looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive with a strong focus on cold calling and lead generation to expand our B2B customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Conduct outbound calls daily to pitch services, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM tools with accurate information.
Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively tailor sales pitches to client needs.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communications to nurture interest.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and follow-through on business leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs, including number of calls, meetings booked, and revenue targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound B2B/B2C lead generation (minimum 1–2 years).
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport over the phone.
Tenacious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue opportunities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
