Job description

Join Us as a Business Development Executive and take charge of promoting healthcare and medical device products within Singapore’s healthcare sector. This field-based role requires strong communication skills, scientific understanding, and a passion for sales excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Promote medical equipment and devices to prospective clients and medical practitioners from a diverse customer base across public and private hospitals, institutions and specialist clinics.
  • Service existing accounts and acquire new accounts in various healthcare organizations.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve the organization’s sales targets.
  • Actively drive sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, conduct workshops, product training and demonstrations to customers including but not limited to medical professional, doctors, nurses in assigned territories (as periodically assigned by the Management).
  • Conduct market research, give feedback on market trends, obtain information about competition, products, prices, keep updated with product knowledge, and implement sales and marketing strategies of assigned sales territories.
Requirements
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing or Biomedical Sciences.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or device sales preferred (entry-level with high drive and interest in healthcare may be considered).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented.
