    As a Business Development Specialist/Conference Sales/Expo Space Sales & Corporate Alliances professional in the B2B domain at ArdorComm Media Group, you will be responsible for driving innovation and socio-digital transformation by connecting communities in various sectors. Your role will involve expo space selling, sponsorship selling, organizing and managing conferences, planning events, and overseeing budgeting to advance the strategic interests of communities and partners through collaboration. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.With 2-8 years of experience in Event Sales, Expo Space Selling, Conference Sales, or Sponsorship Sales, you should possess a Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management. Previous industry experience in Events, Media, or Advertising will be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time remote position with the option of working from home, with a preference for candidates based in Pune or Delhi NCR. Immediate joining is required with salary commensurate with skills and expertise.Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, identifying potential clients through various channels, creating tailored proposals, influencing decision-makers, managing key accounts, and serving as a liaison between clients and the production team. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales goals, possess excellent business communication skills, and be proficient in Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, you will work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution, conduct post-event evaluations, utilize CRM software and event planning tools, track competition, and stay updated on market intelligence.To excel in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills, be social media and digital media savvy, demonstrate multitasking abilities, possess crisis management skills, and collaborate effectively as a team player. Your proactive approach, combined with your ability to work independently and remotely, will be essential for success in this dynamic and collaborative environment.,
