Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, focusing on technical financing opportunities.
  • Market Analysis:Identifying and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to pinpoint potential growth areas.
  • Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders in the technical financing space.
  • Deal Origination:Identifying, evaluating, and structuring new business opportunities, often involving complex technical financing arrangements.
  • Financial Analysis:Conducting thorough cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for potential projects and ventures.
  • Proposal Development:Leading the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to secure financing deals.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Overseeing negotiations and facilitating the closing of financing agreements.
  • Team Leadership:Leading and mentoring a team of business development professionals, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and engineering, to ensure successful project execution.
