Our client is looking for a Business Development Director (BD Director) to join the team.

Position: BD Director (Middle East / Southeast Asia)
Requirements:
Industry Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of business development experience in technology licensing or related technical commercialization fields.
  • At least 5 years in overseas markets and 3 years focusing on the Middle East or Southeast Asia.
  • In-depth understanding of regional technology ecosystems, policy trends, partner networks, and customer decision-making processes.
Management Experience
  • Minimum 6 years of team leadership experience; previously led teams of 20+ members across BD, channel development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build cross-cultural, high-performance commercial teams and implement target and incentive systems.
Project Experience
  • Led 4+ major licensing projects in the Middle East or Southeast Asia, covering partner identification, business model design, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and deployment.
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale partnerships with top enterprises, government entities, or industry alliances, including exclusive distribution frameworks or multimillion-dollar licensing deals.
