• Minimum 20 Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record of at least 20 years of successful experience in the e-commerce and warehouse field, leading and executing large-scale projects on a global scale.
• Extensive International Project Experience: Successful leadership and execution of at least 3 multinational projects involving operations across different cultures and markets, demonstrating a successful track record of working in complex international environments.
• Strategic Leadership Capabilities: Ability to formulate and implement strategic plans, lead cross-functional teams to achieve complex business objectives, and adapt to rapidly changing global markets.
• Exceptional Communication and Cross-Cultural Coordination Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, effectively communicating and coordinating with team members and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree , with relevant professional certifications preferred.
