Job description

Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities through market research and analysis
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Working with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the management team
Representing the company at industry events and conferences
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth
Monitoring competitors, market conditions, and industry trends
Developing and mentoring a high-performing sales team
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and develop the business development team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and make necessary improvements to strategies.
