  Educational Qualifications:

  · Having main contractor experience in the construction industry is preferred

  Working Experience:

  · Minimum 20 years in business development within the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  · Strong understanding of construction contract types, procurement processes, and industry regulations.

  · Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally.
