As the Sales Director, you will work with leading agencies and advertisers to maximize revenue opportunities and act as a market expert for Eyeota Audience Data Solutions. You will be involved in actively growing new and existing books of business in the local market, executing the local go-to-market strategy, building business opportunities, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure consistent revenue generation. A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be a proactive team player embodying the entrepreneurial spirit of Eyeota.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Leading a team of Sales Managers to drive sales efforts across key Asian markets, increasing the number of meetings and adding new contacts to ensure a steady pipeline. Achieving year-over-year growth in contacts and briefs, collaborating with global leaders to create regional growth strategies, engaging with senior client stakeholders, and representing Eyeota in industry associations.
Revenue Generation: Forecasting revenue growth, setting regional and individual targets, and guiding team efforts to meet these targets.
Marketing Management: Working with the global marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and supporting sponsorship opportunities at key regional events to enhance brand presence.
Revenue Reporting: Collaborating with reporting teams to ensure accurate revenue allocation to the Asia region, with correct mapping logic.
