Job Description:

1. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Develop long-term growth strategies and objectives for the business.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.

2. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across various sectors.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, create proposals, and close deals.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts.

3. Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and build brand awareness.
  • Manage and enhance existing client relationships to increase customer retention and maximize revenue.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a team of business development managers or specialists.

5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Manage the business development budget and allocate resources effectively.
