Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead the strategic expansion and growth of our Korean food restaurant brand. The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge, strong F&B networks, and a passion for Korean cuisine. You will drive market expansion, identify partnership opportunities, and ensure the brand's sustainable growth in alignment with company goals.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Growth Planning

  • Develop and execute short-and long-term business development strategies for the Korean restaurant brand.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new locations, markets, and concepts.
  • Lead expansion initiatives including new outlets, franchising, and strategic partnerships.

2. Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Identify and negotiate with landlords, developers, franchisees, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, investors, and local authorities.

3. Sales & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to position the brand and execute campaigns that support expansion goals.
  • Identify new customer segments and business channels (e.g., catering, delivery partnerships, corporate deals).

4. Financial & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with finance to build financial models, budgets, and ROI analyses for new ventures.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of new and existing outlets against KPIs.

5. Brand & Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date with Korean cuisine trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Represent the brand at F&B expos, trade events, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, F&B Management, or related field.
