Base location: Singapore
Travelling: As required in the APAC region and occassionally worldwide for BD activities.
Overview—
The role of our Business Development Director is to explore market requirements and fill the gap of the challenges of the market industry. It entails understanding of how sustainability consulting, and EPCC & EPCM skills can be better integrated to fulfil customers‘ requirements for efficiency, economic viability and highly environmental energy systems.
Requirements—
• Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (BA) or equivalent.
• Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a Business Development role in relevant natural gas related industry with a focus on the field of sustainability.
• Interpersonal Skills:
Possess excellent communication and collaboration capabilities with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams.
• Work Style:
Ability to work independently and work well in a team, adaptive to management changes & approaches, and maintain enthusiasm and drive with a positive and proactive attitude in challenging work environments.
Key Responsibilities—
a) Qualify, Target and Develop Prospective Business Stakeholder.
b) Qualify, Develop and Win Targeted Business Opportunity.
c) Development of Indirect Customer with Sales Channel in designated Territory.
d) Development of Direct Customer in designated Territory.
e) Preparation and Execution of Business Proposals and Presentations to Customers.
f) Management of Pre-Sales Activities with Sales Channel and Prospective Client.
g) Management of Customer Expectation and Satisfaction.
h) Management of Weekly Business Development Document and Reports for Management Review.
