We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and securing new real estate opportunities in line with our long-term expansion goals. This role is critical to scaling our operations and footprint across key markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Expansion Planning : Develop and implement a multi-year real estate expansion strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential areas for expansion and assess competitive landscapes.
  • Site Acquisition : Source, negotiate, and secure new real estate locations, including lease and purchase agreements.
  • Partnership Development : Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, landlords, and local authorities to facilitate expansion.
  • Financial Analysis : Work with finance teams to evaluate the ROI and financial viability of potential locations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership : Collaborate with operations, legal, design, and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from deal signing to site launch.
  • Performance Reporting : Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline progress, risks, and market intelligence.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all real estate transactions adhere to regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in business development or real estate, with a strong background in multi-site expansion
  • Proven track record of successful site acquisition and market entry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Deep understanding of real estate trends, zoning, permitting, and development processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Willingness to travel regularly
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in Real Estate and Hospitality a plus
  • Familiarity with real estate markets across Hong Kong and Singapore
