WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Senior Business Development Director, you will provide sound insurance and reliable financial advice to customers by analysing their financial needs and exceeding their service expectations. You will also develop and present financial strategies and provide holistic advisory services while building and retaining meaningful relationship with your customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Client acquisition through various prospecting strategies
  • Participate in business development activities relating to Financial Planning
  • Review prospective/existing client portfolio
  • Propose solutions and planning for client investment and insurance needs
  • Client Management and Retention

WHO YOU ARE

  • At least 10 years of experience in financial advisory
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish and familiarity with the Spanish market to serve a diverse client base
