Job description

The employee shall undertake the following main duties and responsibilities:

1. Perform marketing and business development activities and gather market intelligence.
2. Update and manage website and social media platforms development.
3. Conduct site surveys and measurements, estimations, and costing for tenders or quotations.
4. Manage and process all payment claims and ensure prompt receipt of payment certificates.
5. Prepare and submit internal management reports and business development reports for management review.
6. Liaise with operations teams on project updates, clarifications, and information sharing.
7. Achieve sales targets.
8. Lead, administer, and audit all ISO-related matters and documentation.
9. Undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
