Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets and industry verticals
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to potential clients, highlighting value propositions
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and upsell opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the tech/software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of software solutions such as SaaS, enterprise systems, or cloud platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
