HomeMatch is the Safest and Smartest Way to Meet Renovators. We are growing rapidly and becoming the go-to renovation platform in Singapore.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an excellence-driven individual who will take on the role of a renovation consultant to help our homeowners make safer and smarter decisions.

You will be at the forefront of our homeowner interactions through conducting daily outbound calls, acting as a renovation consultant who can effectively grasp every homeowner’s specific requirements, offer practical advice, match them to the most suitable renovators, and liaise with interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Homeowner Engagement: Conducting daily outbound calls to homeowners who signed up for our services, understanding deeply their renovation needs, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Homeowner Matching: Match homeowners to relevant renovators based on their specific renovation needs.
  • Homeowner Support: Provide friendly and professional responses to homeowner inquiries via chat. Resolve issues and concerns effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong homeowner relationships by maintaining regular communication, addressing their needs, and providing a positive experience.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather homeowner feedback, concerns, and suggestions to help drive service improvement.
  • Product Expertise: Learn about our services, stay up-to-date with the renovation industry, and be able to add value to homeowners.
  • Training and Development: Participate in onboarding training and development to build your customer success skills.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma holder with prior experience in related customer facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills in English with a friendly and persuasive communication style.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help advise homeowners on their renovation journey.
  • Coachable and eager to learn in ways that we value add to our homeowners and renovators.
  • Ability to work well in a small team startup environment, where adaptability and initiative are key.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, Common Formulas). Do note that there will be technical tests as part of the interview process.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 Day Work Week: Saturday and Sunday may be included as the primary workdays (2 days off during weekdays)
  • Working Hours: 10AM - 7.30PM
