Responsibilities:
Collaborate with BLMs and Customer Center GM to define VSS revenue, margin, share, and penetration targets; coordinate measurement and report achievements.
Contribute to Customer Center strategy by developing infrastructure and resources, driving implementation of new VSS products, and leading marketing campaigns regionally.
Oversee regional pricing policies and discount management to balance market share growth with profitability, in line with global and Equipment BL guidelines.
Support sales teams, service staff, and partners with marketing collateral, training materials, and value proposition communication to effectively sell VSS services.
Define and execute integrated service and equipment plans for key customers, including performance-based service contracts with financial modeling and outcome tracking.
Gather and analyze data on installed base, competitors, and Voice of Customer to inform strategic decisions, enhance service offerings, and gain market advantage.
Requirements:
Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent management experience in lieu.
Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing, product management or other commercially oriented role in a Service business or Equipment sales B2B environment.
Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
Strong inter-personal, influencing and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to communicate in a clear and structured manner through a variety of media.
The role will require regular and extensive travel within SEA region and occasionally further to other VTBA locations.
