Job Description
Develop and implement strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
Hunting of new business clients, conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Understand clients' business needs and develop business solutions strategy.
Build strong and collaborative relationships with customers.
Drive pitches, product presentation and penetration with confidence.
Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving sales revenue.
Business travel to visit potential and existing clients, when required.
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the company.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any studies.
At least 5 years of business development experience in plastic manufacturing/injection molding industry.
Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
Strong knowledge in plastic and injection molding business.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Ability to communicate in Malay is preferred to communicate with Malay-speaking clients.
Excellent strategic thinker who can translate business development challenges into business solutions.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Compensation
Location: South East, Singapore
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
