Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical and dental industries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the medical and dental industries.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations to develop and launch new services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Any other ad hoc duties as delegated by the Operations Director.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development and sales with a demonstrable track record.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Experience or knowledge of the healthcare industry is desirable, but not required.

  • Highly self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership over his/her targets.
