This is a great job for someone with a strong understanding of the APAC landscape, ideally with experience in the asset management industry.

A bit about the job:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development and Strategy Manager to join our APAC Distribution team, based in Singapore. This pivotal role supports the CEO across the full sales lifecycle and broader business operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our distribution strategy and contributing to business growth and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strong executor with a strategic mindset, capable of navigating complex distribution challenges, driving compliance excellence, and fostering a client-first culture. Responsibilities include enabling the sales and client journey from prospecting to onboarding and relationship management, refining operational processes, and acting as a strategic liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring client-related activities, coordinating issue resolution, and supporting marketing initiatives. As a leader within the team, the individual will promote collaboration, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires active involvement in governance and risk oversight, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing cost controls. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to operational excellence and strategic impact.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in project management, strategy roles with strong client and compliance engagement.

  • Track record of enabling revenue growth through operational excellence and sharp project execution.

  • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and knows how to navigate complex business structures.

  • CFA or CPA preferred; degree or equivalent in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.

  • Mandarin and Chinese language skills are preferred
