As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and promoting our customized event technology solutions to organizations that value innovation and efficiency in their event management processes.

Job Scope

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our market presence

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on event companies, government agencies, and large institutions

· Act as a consultative partner to clients by deeply understanding their event workflows and recommending appropriate solutions from Occam Lab’s service suite

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' specific event technology needs

· Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

· Represent Occam Lab at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

· Participate in key client events in person to observe and support the deployment of event tech solutions

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies

· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report on sales activities and results


Job Requirements

· Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the event technology or related industries

· Strong understanding of the event management landscape and technology solutions

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization

· Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into value propositions for clients

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools

· Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently

· Excellent time management and prioritization skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

· 5+ years of relevant sales experience in technology or B2B services
