Job description

Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Business Development and Sales Assistant Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Seek, identify, create and establish business relationships with potential corporate clients to achieve specified annual sales goals.
  2. Research, generate leads and close sales via various methods such as B2B, telesales and other creative sales outreach initiatives.
  3. Identify key market segments and implement strategies for revenue growth.
  4. Manage pipeline and performance tracking through monthly sales activities for all parks.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimally 1 year of relevant work experience in Corporate Sales and Business Development.
  2. Prior sales experience in the attractions or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
  3. Creative and able to multi-task, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work both as a team and autonomously.
  4. Sales driven and result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high degree of personal energy, maturity, and initiative.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
