About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development and Programme Management Assistant to support our SCALE-Global team. This role involves supporting programme delivery, marketing, outreach, and administrative functions. It is offered on a six-month, fixed-term contract basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for programme planning and delivery.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including social media content creation, promotional materials, and email campaigns. Experience in digital marketing is advantageous.
  • Support promotional and recruitment events.
  • Deliver excellent student support to ensure positive experiences.
  • Assist with procurement and administrative processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing, programme management, or event coordination is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with active aging or lifelong learning sectors is a bonus.
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing is a strong asset.
  • Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
