An established company in the F&B sector is looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive to oversee sales analysis, manpower costing, and daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in an F&B related subject and a positive attitude toward continuous learning. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, coordinating operations, and ensuring adherence to standard procedures while maintaining proactive communication across departments.
Business Development & Operations Executive
Business Development
-Prepare Estimated P&L and submit on 1st and 15th on each month.
-Prepare Manpower Costing Charts (MCCs) for all departments and make sound improvements in the utilization of manpower at individual outlets and spot salary discrepancies.
-Prepare analysis reports and data analysis.
-Conduct interview for outlet staffs.
-Upkeep TMS & SAP.
-Submit application for delivery platform.
-Identifying ways to improve sales by redeploying or changing manpower hours.
-Keep track of daily sales and coordinate with Department/Supervisors to ensure the sales target is met.
-Reassess the sales target monthly and adjust it according to outlet demand and potential.
-Assume Admin Coordinator (AC) duties when the AC is not present.
Operation
-Resolve all outlets issues such as maintenance, IT equipment etc.
-Coordinate with Department/Section Heads or Outlet Cooks to ensure issues (mainly operations such as Hygiene) raised by HQ are resolved.
-Make sure outlet staff follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
-Review, amend and create new SOP when needed.
-Create recipe costing with Department/Supervisors or Outlet Cooks.
-Prepare duty rooster for respective Department/Section if needed.
-Help with the redeployment of manpower in emergency situations.
-Calculate Monthly Roving Cost every month and submit to Accounts Department.
Job Requirements
· Diploma in F&B related subject. Candidates with the F&B industry will be added advantage
· Hands on and positive learning attitude
· Willing to work 5.5-day week
· Willing to develop a career in F&B industry
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
· You will be required to travel to outlets for this position
