We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with expertise in Online Bidding to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities and driving sales through various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and similar portals. You will be required to identify potential clients, pitch relevant services, and submit proposals to secure new projects. Your role will be pivotal in helping the company grow its client base and revenue.Key Responsibilities: Bidding on Online Platforms: Identify, research, and bid on potential projects across online platforms including Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others. Proposal Creation: Draft and submit compelling, customized proposals that address client needs and showcase our strengths. Client Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with prospective clients to understand their requirements and ensure project acquisition. Lead Generation: Generate leads and convert them into potential business by understanding client needs and recommending the best services. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities on bidding platforms to optimize bidding strategies and identify new opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and service delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with project management and technical teams to understand service offerings and align client needs with team capabilities.Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience (1-3 years) in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc. Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., website development, mobile app development, SEO, etc.) and the ability to pitch these services effectively. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to create customized proposals that align with client requirements. Proven track record of generating business through online portals. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. A self-starter with a proactive approach to work and lead generation.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience working in IT services or software development. Familiarity with CRM systems to track bids and client communications.
