Responsibilities:
Part of the Business Development Team.
Provide admin support for customers’ quotations, orders and custom projects.
Document and keep track of customer leads, visits and appointments.
Responsible for sending out reminders to project stakeholders.
Assist in the collation and update of customer-related information for company CRM.
Proficient in the use of company’s administration tools.
Assist business team in liaising and coordinating project-related matters.
Assist in managing receiving and delivery timings with customers and suppliers.
