    • Part of the Business Development Team.

    • Provide admin support for customers’ quotations, orders and custom projects.

    • Document and keep track of customer leads, visits and appointments.

    • Responsible for sending out reminders to project stakeholders.

    • Assist in the collation and update of customer-related information for company CRM.

    • Proficient in the use of company’s administration tools.

    • Assist business team in liaising and coordinating project-related matters.

    • Assist in managing receiving and delivery timings with customers and suppliers.
