Job description

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Identify and maintain a set of clients and extend existing relationships. Understand clients' business operations, environment, location, pest issues and concerns, contacts, and decision makers.
  2. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to upsell and extend customers' businesses.
  3. Plan, track, and document key action points for each client and report to management, including the number of calls, visits, suggestions for new or additional products/services, corporate gifts, and invitations to events.
  4. Maintain proper records of contacts and documents on sales and service software.
  5. Monitor and proactively conduct contract renewals.
  6. Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance, and plans.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and smooth service operations.
  • Follow and drive forecasted sales targets.
  1. Create quotes and contracts, and convert sales.
  2. Conduct site surveys for new clients and build relationships with them.
  3. Assist in promoting new campaigns and products/services to increase sales or enhance existing relationships.
  4. Assist in collecting data for analysis.
  1. Support service operations: In case of unforeseen circumstances affecting client demands, account representatives must personally handle the situation, which may include organizing internal meetings with stakeholders (accounts, entomologists, technicians), conducting basic pest control work, inspections, writing reports, sourcing suitable technicians or entomologists, assigning jobs, assisting in payment collection, preparing client documentation, and working closely with the Service Team on marketing plans.
  2. Perform any other duties as assigned.
