Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their requirements. Pitch ARX Infotech's services to prospective clients and close sales deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead conversion. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain IT services to clients effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
