Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Data Analyst to work on projects for Audit team within a large financial organization.

Mandatory Skill-set:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent;
• At least 2 years of experience in data quality assurance;
• Work experience in Banking industry;
• Excellent interpersonal ,communication and presentation skills to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders;
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Experience in data life cycle management (data governance and improvements);
• Experience in SQL, UAT and data visualization tools.

Desired Skill-set:

• Experience in in Microsoft O360 Suite and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and review all the requirements, and go through them with the team to ensure clear understanding;
• Oversee all relevant information related to the application interfacing systems, the nature of data being exchanged, and the data stored within the application;
• Assist the user with business-related queries and provide guidance on effective system usage during day-to-day operations;
• Assist the Project Manager in conducting impact assessments, performed documentation;
• Able to articulate clearly the problem statement observed after investigation of the data breaks;
• Monitor & engage in the ongoing and detailed evaluation of data quality;
• Collate, manage, rationalise, associated with technology team to support in impact assessment, fix data quality issue, UAT and support implementation and live verification;
• Actively partnering with the technology team in the solution's process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
