Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyse Contact Centre operational data to ensure accurate performance tracking and reporting.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide clear insights into service performance and trends.
• Perform forecasting and capacity planning to support workforce, resource, and hiring decisions.
• Improve operational efficiency by analysing processes and working with stakeholders and vendors to recommend data-driven solutions.
• Support and lead system and technology improvement initiatives, including analytics and AI solutions, and carry out other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics/ Statistics/ Business Analytics or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in business, operations, or data analysis
• Candidate with programming (e.g., Microsoft .NET, SOAP/XML, SQL database management) experience will be advantageous
• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to change
