What The Role Is

As a Business & Data Analyst in the Schools Division Innovation Office (SDIO), you will be part of the team driving data-informed insights and technological innovation across schools. You will partner with schools, HQ divisions and external vendors to develop and implement data solutions that enhance decision-making and efficiency.

What You Will Be Working On

• Evaluate and drive the development of new data dashboards and solutions to enhance capacity in schools and the Schools Division for data-informed decision making
• Explore and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to improve information retrieval and data analysis in schools, including conducting pilots/ trials and gathering user feedback
• Engage schools and Schools Division users in gathering user requirements, conducting user testing and pilots/ trials, and implementing improvements based on feedback
• Provide training and support to schools and Schools Division users in adopting new data tools, including developing user guides and conducting briefing sessions
  
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and visualisation.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong communication skills with ability to understand technical concepts and engage non-technical users
• Experience in requirements gathering and user testing
• Knowledge of AI or Machine Learning (ML) applications would be an advantage
