You will own cost reviews, perform variance analyses, and lead monthly product forecasts while driving automation and AI-driven improvements across finance processes and month-end close.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related discipline.
• Experience focusing on costing, variance analysis, and management reporting in a manufacturing setup.
• Deep familiarity with product costing structures and processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manipulate large datasets for insights.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and planning systems (Power BI, Anaplan, TM1).
• Working knowledge of data programming (SQL, Python) and exposure to AI tech is advantageous.
• Proven track record in project management and global process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee the business controlling to serve as the crucial link between financial performance and operational execution. In this position, you will report directly to global leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, enhance cost efficiency, and improve forecast accuracy.

In this role, you will take ownership of the standard cost review processes, conducting quarterly and annual updates, alongside ad-hoc cost roll and revision requests. You will be hands‑on in calculating actual product costs and running detailed variance analyses between pre‑and post‑shipment figures. Working closely with Finance Business Partners and various cross‑functional stakeholders globally, you will lead the monthly product forecasting cycles. Beyond daily operations, this role is highly focused on transformation. You will act as the subject matter expert on operational and financial data, identifying opportunities to automate processes and integrate AI tools to elevate financial planning, forecasting, and routine task efficiency. Additionally, you will lead and support critical global finance projects and month‑end close activities.
