Role Overview

We’re seeking a domain-driven Principal or Senior Business Consultant specializing in Banking Deposit products and processes within core banking systems. If you have hands-on experience in Deposit lifecycle design, regulatory alignment, and digital banking transformation, we welcome you to lead mission-critical initiatives with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to banks and financial institutions on Deposit products and related system architecture.

• Lead or contribute to solution design covering account setup, interest rules, product configuration, and regulatory compliance.

• Work closely with product teams and delivery consultants to ensure successful solution implementation and go-live readiness.

• Interpret central bank and compliance requirements, and map them to system logic.

• Guide clients through transformation from legacy systems to modern digital deposit platforms.

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal domain knowledge building.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in core banking consulting, product design, or system implementation.

• Proven exposure to Deposit module (e.g., CASA, Term Deposits, current/savings products, product factory configuration).

• Understanding of regulatory and operational requirements in banking environments.

• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of interfacing with both business and IT teams.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for cross-border coordination.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Worked with platforms like Finastra, Temenos, Flexcube, or Infosys Finacle, etc.

• Exposure to digital deposit product design, including onboarding, interest tiers, and fee structuring.
