- Market Research and Opportunity Identification
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the education sector. Develop insights to guide the centre’s strategic positioning and programme offerings. - Partnership Development and Client Acquisition
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, corporates, government agencies, and education service providers. Drive enrolment and revenue growth by securing new client relationships and institutional tie-ups. - Programme Development Support
Collaborate with academic teams to design, evaluate, and enhance educational programmes that meet market demand and MOE/SSG compliance. Ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant. - Marketing and Outreach Planning
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline), events, and info sessions to increase visibility, brand value, and student enrolments. Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimise outreach. - Revenue Forecasting and Business Planning
Develop and monitor sales pipelines, set enrolment targets, and prepare regular business development reports. Support strategic planning and budgeting processes for sustainable growth. - Regulatory and Stakeholder Liaison
Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., CPE/SSG requirements) and serve as a liaison with government bodies and accreditation agencies. Support audit readiness and quality assurance initiatives.
