Job summary

W.L.P Consultants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated professional to join our Client Portfolio Management and Portfolio Acquisition functions in Singapore.

You will lead and support a portfolio of clients, delivering end-to-end services including Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance, while serving as the primary client contact. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide end-to-end support across Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
• Serve as primary client contact and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Engage in outbound sales calls and face-to-face client meetings to understand business needs and pitch solutions.
• Build relationships to grow the client portfolio and report activity on a weekly basis.

Job description

Client Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.

Portfolio Acquisition

• Make outbound sales calls.
• Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
• Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
• Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
• Other general admin duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.
