What you do

  1. Facilitate the business account opening application process for customers, via interactive digital onboarding platforms.
  2. Liaise with customers for account opening pre-assessment requirements.
  3. Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to understand business legitimacy and ensure compliance with mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  4. Identify any potential risks or inconsistencies in the account opening process.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process.
  6. Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance with bank regulations.

Global Commercial Banking serves the entire spectrum of customer segments, especially the SMEs in Singapore. The candidate will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Business Compliance, Product Management, and Account Services to fulfill onboarding requests.
