You will work closely with senior team members to assist in administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the business team
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
  • Conduct research and compile reports on business topics as assigned
  • Support internal communications and follow-up on project deliverables
  • Help coordinate company events, presentations, and logistics
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed
  • Maintain organized records and help ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
