Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in driving key business initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track and analyze sales performance regularly; compile and present reports to support CEO’s strategic decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments to ensure accurate communication and effective implementation.
- Prepare meeting documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft business reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external communication.
- Assist in scheduling, meetings, and other administrative tasks related to the CEO’s business activities.
- Undertake other assignments as directed by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong potential or candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services (e.g., investment banking, securities, asset management).
- Familiarity with sales processes and metrics; strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Prior experience working directly with senior executives is a plus.
