The role requires a Master’s degree, relevant certifications, and experience in business architecture and application development. Business Strategy Formulation and Planning; Business Capabilities Assessment; Business Strategy Identification and Translation; Business Planning and Alignment; Business Architecture and Operating Model Design; Business Architecture Analysis and Development; Business Operating Model Revamp; Business Architecture Products Delivery; Technology Business Fit; Products Development Facilitation; Business Architecture Tools Utilization.
Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar discipline.
Language: Proficiency in English.
Certification: SAFe Agile certification is required. Lean Six Sigma and data analytics certifications are a plus.
Experience: 5 years of business or IT experience with direct responsibility for application development and implementation in APAC countries.
Define Value Stream Mapping for the Import clearance process.
Build capability Map supporting different steps in the value stream.
Perform gap analysis for capabilities to define current state (within existing Legacy system) vs target system (GEMINI).
Define Business Process Flow/Model for CORE and incorporate country-specific deviations.
Create Functional Decomposition Diagrams.
Produce the Business Architecture Phase artefacts as recommended by Enterprise Architecture standards, reviewing their relevance and applicability to our context.
