This position can be carried out from any deugro location within the Asian region.

Key responsibilities

• Creating, maintaining, and presenting materials related to the training or deployment of CargoWiseOne
• Conducting workshops or training classes for staff both online and face to face
• Conducting process analysis and mapping including suggesting and implementing changes or improvements
• Providing support (remote and face to face) as well as working to resolve tickets related to the deployment of CargoWiseOne
• Working in or leading a work stream or project including providing reports to management and/ or updating project plans or other materials
• Develop, track, and report on KPIs and other metrics
• Travel to various locations for deployment or analysis

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
• Several years of professional experience in implementing and supporting transport management systems and/or supply chain management solutions
• Good experience in conducting training and structuring training material and Work Instructions
• Experience and understanding of the usage of CargoWise – CCP would be a nice to have
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to travel, also on a global level
• Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
