Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with technical BI development skills. Experience with enterprise systems, particularly Workday, would be advantageous as we utilise Workday's financial modules in our operations. This hybrid role bridges business requirements with technical implementation, making it ideal for someone who understands both enterprise systems and BI development.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Analysis:
    1. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
    2. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
    3. Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation
    4. Drive user acceptance testing and training
    5. Map data flows between enterprise systems and reporting solutions
  2. Technical Implementation:
    1. Develop financial dashboards using Tableau
    2. Create automated reporting solutions using Python
    3. Build and maintain ETL processes
    4. Design data integration workflows between enterprise systems

Required Skills:
  1. Business Analysis Skills:
    1. Strong requirements gathering and documentation abilities
    2. Process mapping and analysis capabilities
    3. Stakeholder management experience
    4. Experience in financial services processes

  2. Technical Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Tableau dashboard development
