Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements specifications or user stories;
- Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options, and provide recommendations to address business and operational needs;
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deliver end-user training, and provide support for post-production issues;
- Review and analyze existing processes with a view to streamlining and optimizing them for greater efficiency.
Requirements
- A good degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in banking and/or financial institutions, preferably with exposure to Payments, Collections, Digital Channels, and Customer Onboarding;
- Hands-on experience in user requirement gathering, UAT, training, go-live support, and application support;
- Proven experience in process optimization and driving operational improvements;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to clearly understand and articulate business problem statements and use cases;
- Ability to think critically and creatively, engaging stakeholders to streamline both system and operational processes;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently to ensure tasks are completed on time and projects remain on schedule;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Fast learner with the ability and willingness to understand new technologies;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage.
