We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Temenos Transact (formerly T24) to support core banking implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that functional and business requirements are clearly defined and implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business requirements gathering for Temenos T24 core banking implementations.
- Conduct gap analysis and define functional specifications aligned with T24 modules (e.g., AA, LD, FT, MM, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across banking operations, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment on business processes.
- Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes and workflows.
- Translate business needs into T24 configuration or customization requirements.
- Participate in UAT planning, test case design, and defect resolution.
- Support implementation, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Work with Temenos consultants and internal development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking projects.
- Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos Transact) - implementation or upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with key T24 modules: AA (Arrangement Architecture), Lending (LD), Funds Transfer (FT), Treasury (MM, FX).
- Strong understanding of banking operations, core processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work with SQL and basic data analysis for validation/testing.
- Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, test plans, and user stories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Temenos Infinity or Digital Banking platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Temenos certification is an added advantage
