Join us as a Founder of our new Sandoz! The role will be joining the Supply Chain Solutions Team within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Technology organization and plays a critical role in the success of our future Digital Supply Chain Strategy in Sandoz Technical Operations.

Responsibilities include capturing and translating supply chain requirements into global system requirements, leading & consulting on global development and roll-out projects, ensuring proper documentation of eCarrier and Labeling systems, and collaborating with PQMs. You will participate in system tests, collaborate on test case preparations, and engage with global stakeholders in areas such as Warehousing & Distribution, Logistic-Execution, and Labeling to improve efficiency and add value.

Major Accountabilities:

• Analyzing complex business requirements and processes to develop and implement supporting technology/system/products.
• Providing reporting on system and project performance data.
• Conducting assessments of processes and data, interviewing business partners, and organizing requirements sessions.
• Modeling relevant business processes, documenting best practices, and designing 'to-be' processes.
• Leading the authoring of the Global supply chain user requirements document and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting the development of strategies, roadmaps, and footprints based on gathered requirements and performance data.

Key Performance Indicators include project execution quality, process efficiency, operational stability, accuracy of business process documentation, and supporting project management with technical expertise.

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Business, or similar.
• Over 5 years of experience in process industry, preferably pharmaceuticals, with digital technology and big data.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain solutions project management and Computerized System Validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced skills in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Analytical Thinking, and Financial Modelling.
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in GxP environments.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
