Business Analyst Specialist [up to $5,000 | Central]

Responsibilities :

1. Project Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company’s objectives. Manage project timelines, cost, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
2. Market Research and Business Case Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop business cases by analyzing data and market needs to support strategic decision-making.
3. Financial Analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, performing detailed financial analysis and valuation to guide decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
5. Business Management: Establish KPI management framework that covers regular performance review with the existing businesses, reporting to the Management team and subsequent follow-up.
6. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, agreements, PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) processes and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting and Finance or other relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, strategy, or corporate finance.
3. Knowledge of project planning & management and business/budget planning is an advantage.
4. Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in feasibility studies.
5. Understanding of the automotive industry’s value chain is preferred but not necessary.
6. Open to travel for business.
