Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a Product Owner for a Singapore-based Transport & Distribution client. You will gather and analyse business requirements, translate stakeholder needs into clear product initiatives and road-map priorities.

You will own the backlog, craft detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and partner with development teams through delivery. Strong Agile knowledge and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Ownership, Product Management or related digital projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and user story writing.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, and UAT processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate product discovery activities, process analysis, and solution design workshops to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Coordinate UAT activities, validate delivered features against business requirements, and support release readiness and implementation activities.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and user feedback, driving continuous enhancements and value realisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Owner should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, user story writing, backlog prioritisation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, business process analysis, UAT, system integration, and product life-cycle management.
