You are invited to join our team as a Business Analyst cum Scrum Master with expertise in Azure DevOps. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery of business requirements within the Taxation and Audit domain while maintaining a strong focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. Your analytical skills and agile project management capabilities will be vital to our team's success.As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. You will translate these needs into detailed technical and functional specifications, develop workflows, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams, and identify gaps in existing processes while recommending improvements. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring alignment of deliverables with business objectives. You will also be involved in developing dashboards and reports using Azure DevOps or other tools, providing insights into project metrics, team velocity, and sprint performance.In your role as a Scrum Master, you will lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and innovation, promote Agile best practices, and coach team members on Scrum principles. Furthermore, you will work with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, concise, and actionable, and use Azure DevOps for sprint planning, task management, and tracking progress. Your responsibilities will also include partnering with cross-functional teams, communicating project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, and driving the adoption of Scrum principles.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in requirement elicitation, documentation, and communication, along with expertise in creating user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent certification is required, along with experience leading Agile teams and driving the adoption of Scrum principles.
