About the scope

• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders on Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
• Lead solution design and feasibility assessments across one or more Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud)
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce architectures
• Identify when to use out-of-the-box features, when to configure, and when custom development is necessary
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and integration specialists
• Ensure best practices are followed in platform design, security, and data management
• Understanding of Salesforce platform constraints.
• Assess feasibility and provide fit-gap analysis
• Lead technical discovery and translate into actionable architecture

Skills & Experience Required

• Min 3 years in Salesforce projects.
• Experience in architecting or delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions had a added advantages.
• Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect or System Architect.
